The crew cleared several inches of water from my basement, family and laundry rooms in a timely fashion. A supervisor came to follow up and addressed questions/concerns I had before having the crew remove all of the equipment. Wonderful experience and highly recommended.

After receiving a call from my tenant that the hot water heater was leaking and there was 6 inches of water on the floor, I called SERVPRO in Meriden to take care of the problem. My washing machine hose broke and flooded my entire basement. I called my insurance company and they referred me to SERVPRO. They came out same day and were so nice! From start to finish they explained everything they were doing and made sure I understood the whole process. Our water heater broke and dumped over 50 gallons of water throughout our finished basement. We have only been homeowners for less than five years and never had an issue like this happen before. My wife was the one that discovered the problem while I was at work. She called the insurance company and they explained what we should do in order to properly clean and dry the basement. The first step was to contact SERVPRO. They had a representative at our house within 2 hours and that gentleman explained in great detail everything. These guys are absolutely amazing! There was a crew extracting water, removing the pad under the carpet and moved everything out of the way. We didn’t have to do a thing. They even cleaned items that got wet, boxed and labeled everything. They completed everything they said they were going to do within the time frame given to us. The communication between their office was top notch. We didn’t even have to lift a finger. Our basement is better than it was before. Would highly recommend this company to all my family and friends.
