Three tenants called us at the same time upset by water coming through the ceiling.  Upon inspection, I found a large quantity of water coming in two of the units and one with just a little.  We called SERVPRO of Lafayette / Louisville, as we have several times for water, fire and mold restoration over the years.  They were on site within an hour.  They tarped the roof at the same time that they were inside removing the water and drying the units.  They knew what they were doing and our upset tenants were calmed by SERVPRO's quick actions.

Crew arrived almost immediately after I made my call, which was a great thing for someone struggling with flood damage. Before too long they has assessed the situation and started the water removal process. Within a couple of days, you could not even tell there had been a flood.

I don’t think I could have made it through learning the common areas of my home contained mold without your expert technicians. They walked me through the remediation process and even gave me tips to prevent mold from reoccurring.
