Joe and his team came in and took care of the water damage in our kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised with how well they taped off the damage area so the rest of the house does not become a mess. They left the damage area spotless! Very professional and great quality of work!

Had a water pipe burst under the house (Manufactured Home). SERVPRO worked with the insurance company and took care of drying out the floor and walls and dealing with any mold issues. They were very professional and courteous. Pleasure to work with.

I had some water damage that SERVPRO came out and inspected on behalf of my insurance company. They were so polite and professional about it, it seemed they were employees of the insurance company Anyway, I got a quote for damage repairs from another company, who decided it would be a good time to rake me over the coals by WAY over-quoting the job. I decided to do the Rip out of damaged drywall myself, which went fine. However, after a few days of work and drying the area, I didn't have a way to know whether everything was dry. SERVPRO offered to come out and re-inspect the job for moisture. They came out the next day, gave it the thumbs up/all clear, and when I asked how much for the service call, they said "no charge". Not only that, they provided me with a small amount of anti-microbial spray that I could use on the area. These days I've had plenty of trouble getting good service from anyone, but not from SERVPRO. Definitely recommend these guys based on their character.

Chris answered my phone call early this morning about a leak in my bathroom.  He was courteous and helpful and was able to get to my house just a few hours later.  Mold was discovered in my bathroom.  What I loved is that Chris went over all of my options with pros and cons for each, including home insurance claim possibilities.  He left the decision in my hands after explaining the options.  His assistant went right to work stripping the flooring and vanity and baseboards.  They treated it with a plant based antimicrobial and left a dehumidifier running to dry it up.  I appreciated their professional service, their prompt response, and their courtesy and respect.  I would hire them again for leak and mold detection, if needed.

My AAA homeowners insurance arranged for SERVPRO/lake Elsinore to do the cleanup following water damage to my walls and floors SERVPRO protected and moved furniture, pictures lamps and other room contents Also, SERVPRO removed affected walls , and hardwood floors in two rooms and one closet. The whole process was done in 3 days and the rooms are ready for reconstruction. Everyone that SERVPRO sent out knew their job and exhibited a caring and professional attitude.
