I had some water damage that SERVPRO came out and inspected on behalf of my insurance company. They were so polite and professional about it, it seemed they were employees of the insurance company Anyway, I got a quote for damage repairs from another company, who decided it would be a good time to rake me over the coals by WAY over-quoting the job. I decided to do the Rip out of damaged drywall myself, which went fine. However, after a few days of work and drying the area, I didn't have a way to know whether everything was dry. SERVPRO offered to come out and re-inspect the job for moisture. They came out the next day, gave it the thumbs up/all clear, and when I asked how much for the service call, they said "no charge". Not only that, they provided me with a small amount of anti-microbial spray that I could use on the area. These days I've had plenty of trouble getting good service from anyone, but not from SERVPRO. Definitely recommend these guys based on their character.

We worked with Zulema Jordan and Noah. They were professional, polite, respectful, hard working, and worked well as a team. They were a pleasure to work with. We would definitely have this team work for us again.

I have been representing Farmers Insurance since 1987 and joined the agency force in 1990. Needless to say, I have dealt with many restoration companies during this time period. I have had some amazing companies help out our customers with their losses, and quite frankly, some bad ones. My AAA homeowners insurance arranged for SERVPRO/lake Elsinore to do the cleanup following water damage to my walls and floors SERVPRO protected and moved furniture, pictures lamps and other room contents Also, SERVPRO removed affected walls , and hardwood floors in two rooms and one closet. The whole process was done in 3 days and the rooms are ready for reconstruction. Everyone that SERVPRO sent out knew their job and exhibited a caring and professional attitude. They could not have done a better job. I give this business the best rating possible

Zachary Taylor was the man on the scene to help me retrieve my father's belongings. He was very professional and quick at what he does would recommend there services anytime to anyone.

Joe and his team came in and took care of the water damage in our kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised with how well they taped off the damage area so the rest of the house does not become a mess. They left the damage area spotless! Very professional and great quality of work!
