Nichole Mowrey- Marketing Manager
Nichole is the Marketing Manager at SERVPRO of Woodcrest/El Cerrito/Lake Mathews, SERVPRO of Lake Elsinore/Perris and SERVPRO of Temecula, where Nichole leads the way by example in reaching out to our communities to offer exceptional services. Nichole coordinates, develops and creates new opportunities of business and relationships with customers including all digital and social media as well as the growing the businesses reputation.
Nichole has a strong background in Sales, Marketing and Branding for the last 20 years. Working as a sales and marketing manager for a large domestic cigar manufacture to on-air radio advertising and marketing at a local radio station to working digital with a premier partner of Google and Facebook to get clients found online by using digital solutions.
Nichole is a mother of 2 young adults. She is passionate about music. She plays the piano and the guitar and enjoys going to concerts and festivals as much as possible.
Brenda Carillo- Contents Technician
Brenda has been working for three years with contents at SERVPRO. She is certified in forklift operation and Assure Pack Out Software. She is known for packing contents in a neat and timely fashion. In her free time, she likes to experience new foods and catch up on sleeping. She was born in the United States and is happily married with four children and two pets. Her favorite colors are Red and Black.
Mark Lingurar- Field Technician
Mark Lingurar has been with SERVPRO since 2014. He is no stranger to the field of restoration. He holds a certification in the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). As a field technician, he has proven to be quick on his feet and bringing a smile to everyone’s face. His hobbies consist of shoes, cars, and sports. After work, he likes to spend time with his wife watching his favorite movie, Godfather 2.
Zachery Matteson- Estimator
Zachery Matteson has been working with SERVPRO for two years. In the estimating industry, he has four years of experience. He has shown to be an invaluable member of our estimating team as an estimator. He is certified in Xactimate and is skilled in writing estimates, dry, and photo reports. When he is not working, he likes video games and spending time with his wife.
John Lingurar- Operations Manager
John Lingurar is the Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Woodcrest / Lake Mathews / El Cerrito. He makes sure that everything goes according to plan in the field.

I had some water damage that SERVPRO came out and inspected on behalf of my insurance company. They were so polite and professional about it, it seemed they were employees of the insurance company Anyway, I got a quote for damage repairs from another company, who decided it would be a good time to rake me over the coals by WAY over-quoting the job. I decided to do the Rip out of damaged drywall myself, which went fine. However, after a few days of work and drying the area, I didn't have a way to know whether everything was dry. SERVPRO offered to come out and re-inspect the job for moisture. They came out the next day, gave it the thumbs up/all clear, and when I asked how much for the service call, they said "no charge". Not only that, they provided me with a small amount of anti-microbial spray that I could use on the area. These days I've had plenty of trouble getting good service from anyone, but not from SERVPRO. Definitely recommend these guys based on their character.
We worked with Zulema Jordan and Noah. They were professional, polite, respectful, hard working, and worked well as a team. They were a pleasure to work with. We would definitely have this team work for us again.
I have been representing Farmers Insurance since 1987 and joined the agency force in 1990. Needless to say, I have dealt with many restoration companies during this time period. I have had some amazing companies help out our customers with their losses, and quite frankly, some bad ones. With that being said, Marketing Director, Nichole Mowrey and the Temecula SERVPRO Team has been one of the amazing restoration companies to deal with. Shout out to franchise owner George Lingurar for putting together an excellent team. Thanks for taking good care of my customers.

My AAA homeowners insurance arranged for SERVPRO/lake Elsinore to do the cleanup following water damage to my walls and floors SERVPRO protected and moved furniture, pictures lamps and other room contents Also, SERVPRO removed affected walls , and hardwood floors in two rooms and one closet. The whole process was done in 3 days and the rooms are ready for reconstruction. Everyone that SERVPRO sent out knew their job and exhibited a caring and professional attitude. They could not have done a better job. I give this business the best rating possible

Zachary Taylor was the man on the scene to help me retrieve my father's belongings. He was very professional and quick at what he does would recommend there services anytime to anyone.

Joe and his team came in and took care of the water damage in our kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised with how well they taped off the damage area so the rest of the house does not become a mess. They left the damage area spotless! Very professional and great quality of work!
Had a water pipe burst under the house (Manufactured Home). SERVPRO worked with the insurance company and took care of drying out the floor and walls and dealing with any mold issues. They were very professional and courteous. Pleasure to work with.
