So, in 2015, collecting all of the money she had saved away, and taking out as many loans as she could get, she established SERVPRO of Park la Brea in an effort to become financially independent. 7 years later, Mona continues to be involved with the operations of the firm as she continues to pursue her passion for helping others through stressful and difficult conversations.
