I had a hidden water leak from a pipe underneath the kitchen sink, which resulted in water damage and mold. Mona promptly fit me into her busy schedule and came with a smile and a rose! She is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me, including letting me view the humidity gauge for myself and explaining where the issue was.
