Jordan Jones
Jordan Jones has worked on our team and within the Restoration industry for 6 years. He is the General Manager of SERVPRO of Park la Brea, a full service restoration and reconstruction provider for commercial and residential properties.
As part of the team, Jordan has worked hard to obtain IICRC credentials in all areas of restoration, is a RME with an active General B Contractors License, and has assisted with the development of all operational external and internal procedures.
Mona Jones
Mona Jones, a single mother of two, is the proud owner of SERVPRO of Park la Brea, a Water, Fire, and Mold remediation company. Mona oversees all aspects of the company having special training and certification in each category. Mona is IICRC WRT and ASD certified and is the preferred restoration provider to almost every insurance carrier. Mona is extremely personable, professional, and reliable in any situation. SERVPRO has been her way to help her community and she is ready and willing to be of service to anyone in need!
Michelle Aguirre
Michelle Aguirre is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Park la Brea.
With years of management experience under her belt, she is more than ready to take on any challenge thrown her way. At SERVPRO of Park la Brea her goal is create a seamless transition between client and crew making the customer experience as stress free as possible. She is currently training in all SERVPRO has to offer to better service her clients, team and new community.

As Mona has always been determined to help both of her children through college, she knew she was not in a position financially to see that goal through. So, in 2015, collecting all of the money she had saved away, and taking out as many loans as she could get, she established SERVPRO of Park la Brea in an effort to become financially independent. 7 years later, Mona continues to be involved with the operations of the firm as she continues to pursue her passion for helping others through stressful and difficult conversations. Mona and her team will truly treat you like family and will provide you with an experience unlike any other.
