Our History: A Family Serving Families

Vasile and Tamara Petra is a father and daughter team with over 49 years of combined experience in the restoration and construction industries.  Prior to becoming the proud owners of SERVPRO of Northeast Ontario/Kaiser, an IICRC Certified Firm, Vasile and Tamara both worked in construction. Vasile for thirty years, and Tamara for seven years. In 2007 they decided to take their construction experience and apply it to the restoration industry and have been happily serving the Ontario community ever since.

When Tamara is not assisting her customers with putting their lives back together from disaster, you can find her spending time with her new baby girl, Mara. Her Dad, Vasile, you’ll find traveling to his home country of Romania visiting lots of friends and family.

Specialty Trained and Dedicated Employees

We follow the industry guidelines set by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). We also keep up on the latest advancements in technology in the inspection, cleaning, and restoration industries and are proud of our team of highly trained professionals. All of our employees are required to complete an initial six-week training program and exam and to commit to ongoing training and certification programs including IICRC training, employee certification training, initial franchise training, e-learning, and continuing education classes.
