We unfortunately had water damage in our crawl space that a plumber discovered. It needed to be taken care of before the pipes could be repaired. SERVPRO sent their tech who managed to get into a very tight area under our kitchen. He showed us before and after pictures of the area when he was done. It was at the end of the day and told me he would be back the next morning to address the second area which was at the opposite end of the house. He arrived this morning and is working as I write this, so far very punctual, knowledgeable and professional.

Anna and her team are excellent. After we discovered water leak in the kitchen. I called SERVPRO Mountain View/Los Altos. They did excellent mitigation job. Team members explained procedures very well. Their work was fast, efficient, and very effective. Anna and her team members were very friendly, easy to communicate. They always put Efforts to meet our needs. Anna was a great helper to find hardwood floor for us due to our hardwood floor was discontinued by manufacture. Anna also found excellent subcontractor for drywall repair. We were very happy and satisfied with SERVPRO's service. We definitely will use their services again.

Eric and his team (Alex and Jay) were awesome! We had a water leak in our kitchen and needed someone to help with the mitigation. RECOMMENDED! SERVPRO of Mountain View is definitely the company to use for damage remediation. We had a water leak that damaged the second floor and first-floor ceiling. Within a few minutes of contacting insurance company, I received a phone call from SERVPRO and had appointment scheduled. SERVPRO stayed in constant communication with me, made sure that everything was coordinated, and completed the remediation part of repair as quickly as my schedule allowed with an excellent quality. I had a leak in a kitchen that flooded downstairs. Was able to get them in immediately and they did a great job of saving our hardwood floor and drying everything out with their strong equipment. They also talked directly to my insurance adjuster to help that process along. They were professional, quick, and clean. I hope I never need them again, but wouldn't hesitate to use them.
