Anna and her team are great! I called Anna after a bad contractor experience and requested for a professional team to help with our post remodel cleaning. We had hazardous waste cleaned and removed from our property. SERVPRO sent a great team out to get the job complete. They removed and hauled all waste, removed a couple wood enclosures, and power washed the cement. They sanitized/Covid19 cleaned our offices a few weeks later. Highly recommend! I had a water leak that created mold and caused quite a bit of damage. SERVPRO of Mountain View has been a great company to work with and communicated well throughout. The Office manager did a wonderful job of staying on top of the insurance company. I don't know how she does that day in and out. Anna did a fantastic job as the project manager, their internal installers, went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right.
