Allen came out to our house and was very knowledgeable and helped us with our insurance claim. He brought in his crew and got things cleaned up and packaged up our belongings and put them all safely in storage. Everyone was great and they worked very hard to get us back in our home as soon as possible. He also recommended some very hard working contractors that came also and helped us during the construction period. We are grateful to him and we definitely recommend him. He even took time out of his day to take us to kitchen cabinet place to help expedite the process and got us a discount as well. Thank you Allen again, we couldn't have finished in time without you.
I had a slow water leak at the fridge and by the time I discovered it, some of the laminate flooring had swelled and the water also got under the kitchen cabinet.
When the team arrived, they worked quickly to measure the damage area and gave me an itemized estimation on the same day. On the day they started the project, they were very careful at removing stuff. I heard them measuring the moisture of each piece of flooring before they took it out.
My final bill is actually cheaper than their estimate - they did not install a fan, and only ran the dehumidifier for two days, although they charged me for the air scrubber they used when they took out the flooring.
Overall, I think they are very professional, the cost is transparent and they did not overdo things just to charge more. I highly recommend them.
