I had recently discovered a water/mold problem in my master bathroom. I called a mold treatment/testing company to come out first, and then took some random tests and gave me an estimate that had cost over $7000. I did not understand their inspection or what they said needed to be done so I decided to get a second opinion and found SERVPRO of Malibu on Yelp. There is a reason they are highly rated.
I first worked with Angel who inspected thoroughly inspected the bathroom including going under the house to the crawl space. He then gave me an estimate for half of what the other company proposed and even did more work. They are incredibly professional and courteous and answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly.
It's quite refreshing to work with someone that you can trust knowing that they have your interest in mind. I highly recommend them.
I was super concerned about the cost of my mold clean up since my insurance company was not covering it but you made it affordable and worked with me so I could fix it.

On Cinco De Mayo at 6:00 pm, my toilet overflowed and I called Jitka and she had a crew at my house in 1 hour. On a holiday, nonetheless. If that is not AMAZING customer service I do not know what is!
