About Us

SERVPRO of Malibu/Topanga Canyon/Pacific Palisades is a family run business and owned, The Stanley family has been in the industry since 1984.

We specialize in the cleanup, mitigation, and restoration of residential and commercial properties. Our staff is handpicked and put through a series of interviews, background checks, and training so they are highly knowledgeable in property damage restoration. They are equipped with the competence to restore your property. Ongoing training is also mandatory and held at SERVPRO’s corporate training facility, as well as IICRC-industry certifications for continuing education. With a nationwide system of qualified franchises, no damage is too large or too small for SERVPRO of Malibu/Topanga Canyon/Pacific Palisades.

Our technicians will take digital photos of areas affected and present them to the customer or involved insurance adjuster. Our goal is to minimize the interruption and quickly make it "Like it never even happened."

I had recently discovered a water/mold problem in my master bathroom. I called a mold treatment/testing company to come out first, and then took some random tests and gave me an estimate that had cost over $7000. I did not understand their inspection or what they said needed to be done so  I decided to get a second opinion and found SERVPRO of Malibu on Yelp. There is a reason they are highly rated.
I first worked with Angel who inspected thoroughly inspected the bathroom including going under the house to the crawl space. He then gave me an estimate for half of what the other company proposed and even did more work. They are incredibly professional and courteous and answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. 
It's quite refreshing to work with someone that you can trust knowing that they have your interest in mind. I highly recommend them.
