He was very professional and thorough in explaining what he was doing and checking moisture levels. He explained what needed to be done and took the time to answer our questions. He really went above and beyond in finding the best solution that fit our needs and our wallet!!!
Demil set up a heater and fan to dry the walls over a weekend. Bel later followed up with us to check if there was any progress and to see if the heater was working. When Demil came back after a few days the walls were bone dry and everything was back to normal.
