Based on my experience with the team I worked with from SERVPRO of Chatsworth / Stevenson Ranch, they were beyond helpful and professional. I worked directly with Patty Coronado mostly as well as Scott Keller. Patty was extremely professional, helpful, timely, organized and honest and was an extreme pleasure to work with. Patty made us feel safe and taken care of in a time of devastation and loss and stress. Scott Keller was always available to answer any questions we had and reassured us that we were in the best of hands.
