My family experienced a nightmare when water began rushing down from our living room ceiling a few days before an event we had planned months before. Scott was kind and explained things thoroughly to my husband and I and even showed my son how some of the machines worked. I have to say I’m really, really impressed with the guys that are working here. They’re very clean, articulate, polite and courteous. I’m also impressed with how you guys are doing the remediation. I know, often, people don’t take the time to call and say positive things but I think here it’s definitely warranted.
Not once, but twice, we depended greatly on SERVPRO OF BURBANK to help us during dire catastrophes. Each time your highly qualified staff rose to the challenges. Thank you for a job extremely well done!

Good guys are rare ...
I called SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch after my husband and I hired a contractor to remodel our kitchen and he found black mold behind the walls. Due to previous water damage, we were unaware that the mold had grown. Scott came out and inspected the mold and after having it tested found that it could be harmful to our young children. SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch was very concerned for our familys’ health and sectioned off that part of the house so that we would not breathe the mold in and completed the work very swiftly so we could get the use of our kitchen back and feel safe in our home. Patty and Amanda were very kind when we spoke to them during this stressful time and the work was even done while we were at work and the kids were at school. If you ever have mold, SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch are the ones’ you want to deal with it!
We had a great experience with SERVPRO of Chatsworth through out the entire process. We had 2 technicians come out named Oscar and Erwin. They were beyond helpful, understanding, and extremely professional. I would definitely recommend them!
