They kelp me informed step by step and answered my "panic" questions and reassured me. Job was completed in a timely fashion understanding that the entire family, including 4 animals were stressed out. I would not hesitate to call them again.

I have to say I’m really, really impressed with the guys that are working here. They’re very clean, articulate, polite and courteous. I’m also impressed with how you guys are doing the remediation. I know, often, people don’t take the time to call and say positive things but I think here it’s definitely warranted.

I called SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch after my husband and I hired a contractor to remodel our kitchen and he found black mold behind the walls. Due to previous water damage, we were unaware that the mold had grown. Scott came out and inspected the mold and after having it tested found that it could be harmful to our young children. SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch was very concerned for our familys’ health and sectioned off that part of the house so that we would not breathe the mold in and completed the work very swiftly so we could get the use of our kitchen back and feel safe in our home. Patty and Amanda were very kind when we spoke to them during this stressful time and the work was even done while we were at work and the kids were at school. If you ever have mold, SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch are the ones’ you want to deal with it!
