Jorge Vinalay, the production manager comes and check out the issue we have. He is a very knowledgeable and honest man. He inspected the issues and found out that is concrete walls so we do not to worry about mold growing ... Before I call SERVPRO of Newport Beach, I did schedule with two other different mold remediation companies and both of them gave me the quote of $5k plus and $10k plus !!!!
