Our family had the misfortune of severe water damage in this latest set of storms to hit SoCal. To say that I was a completely frantic wouldn't do it justice.  I have four children and was trying to deal with water coming in windows and walls all over my home.  The water was ballooning in the walls and ruining our carpet.  It lasted for 36 hours - the heaviest part of the storm.  After a call to my insurance company, Hartford, they called on SERVPRO to come out for damage control.  I've never had a water damage situation.  I have to say if it were possible to give them a 10 star review I would!  From the moment Chris Nikzad (Production Manager) came out to examine the damage, he assured me they would take great care with our home.  He knew the exact words to calm me down.  The next morning Ivan Banos and his team arrived right on time and with confidence the job would be done safely and with great care.  Ivan has been amazing as well as all of his team members.  We are completely comfortable with them working in our house. They are some of the hardest working individuals I have ever had the privilege of watching work. They must ask me several times each day if we have any questions and can they help explain anything to us.  Chris has been available by phone any time we've needed to get in touch with him. Great company! Thank you so much for being here for our family when we needed it most.

Cory and Logan are two of the most professional and accommodating team I have ever experienced and we are happy we hired them. We have special needs at our home since my husband has dementia. The restoration was particularly difficult for him without his routine and with noise and chaos as we lived in the house during the restoration. Both guys were very understanding and accommodating in adjusting workers and time frames to help us out. They were on the job every day to determine progress and quality and impressive in that the subcontractors they hired are extremely experienced. I highly recommend this SERVPRO team! Excellent restoration team!
We had a flood in our kitchen and contacted SERVPRO.  This company is one of the few ones who are straightforward and honest with what needed to be done.  
I worked mainly with Cory Faulk who is the reconstruction project manager and he made a stressful situation run as smoothly as possible.  He's an excellent communicator and answered ALL the questions I had and had great follow-through.  Cory provided updates throughout the whole process and made sure the final product was perfect.  He definitely went above and beyond.  
I hope we won't have to use a restoration company again, but if we do, SERVPRO will be our go to.
