Lemon Grove is a city located in San Diego County, California, It is situated in the eastern part of San Diego County, about 9 miles east of downtown San Diego. The city has a population of approximately 26,000 people and covers an area of 3.87 square miles.
Lemon Grove was first settled in the late 1800s, and was primarily an agricultural community, known for its lemon groves (hence its name). Last winter during the rainy storms our home was flooded. Unfortunately our insurance didn't cover anything. We were referred to SERVPRO by a friend and they came in and handled everything so well. We were concerned about how long everything would take but they made sure to update us throughout the demo and repairs. The staff was extremely understanding and we felt like they really cared about us.
Recently a good friend of mine had a water line blow out in the master bath. After the insurance company was informed they sent out SERVPRO. BRAYDEN from SERVPRO from the Sorrento Valley office was at the door within 45min. He immediately started air scrubbers,and dehumidifiers to start the dry out operation. He worked until 11pm that night and was back the next morning, a Saturday, with a crew to start the job of exposing areas of concern. Brayden and his crew worked tirelessly on the job until it was completed. With his professional approach my friends house and personal belongings were treated like they were his own. This kind of treatment is often lost in today's world. Brayden went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that my friend was at ease and worry free during this whole ordeal.
In conclusion I would and will definitely recommend the Sorrento Valley SERVPRO office to everyone. Especially Brayden himself. Outstanding work Brayden I can't tell you how much you are appreciated buy everyone here.
