I had a good experience working with Edgar from SERVPRO, who was the project manager overseeing our kitchen remodel. Edgar did a great job staying on top of the project, coordinating the work, and making sure things continued moving forward. Edgar is also very knowledgeable and very skilled and handy in different aspects of restoration. If needed, he is willing to roll up the sleeves and do the hard work himself! For example, he noticed that the copper line in our plumbing was oxidized and suggested we change it. We would have missed the oxidized copper line if Edgar was not paying attention to detail. There were a couple of moments where there was some miscommunication during the project, but Edgar handled those situations professionally. He took responsibility, apologized, and made an effort to make things right, which I really appreciated. I also want to recognize Rudy, who worked extremely hard throughout the project. He helped with the kitchen demolition, including removing the old cabinets and countertops, and also did a lot of the painting work. He was hardworking, dedicated, and willing to put in the effort to get the job. I am writing this review as we are getting closer to the finish line with the project. I will update the review with photos and my final comments once the project is completed.

Servpro has been managing my water leak. Within 20 minutes, they were at my door alleviating my worries. The demo representative, Hugo, was excellent on managing the demo and preparing it for restoration. Everyone from start to finish couldn’t have been more skilled more confident and more courteous. . Yoanna and her crew (Edber, Hector, Jared) are insanely careful in their processes for taking inventory, packing, and moving. In addition, they are pleasant and attentive. No matter what we requested, they were willing to help and made everything so easy. They are efficient, and all our items were handled with care. Highly recommend Yoanna - a true professional!

The team seriously went above and beyond anything we imagined. Every single person showed up with friendliness, respect, and just genuinely good energy. You could tell they truly care about the work they do. They knocked out the pack‑out super fast, and the attention to detail was honestly impressive. This was our first time dealing with something as stressful as mold damage, and we could not have asked for a better crew to guide us through it. Opo was humble, funny, and down‑to‑earth absolutely the kind of person you want in your corner. Teresa was upfront, sweet, thoughtful, and kind, and Saul kept the whole room full of laughs and good vibes. And a huge thank‑you to the rest of the crew Eli, Edgar, and Carlos for boxing everything with such care. Watching them work so efficiently and effectively was astonishing. They were incredibly patient with my mother‑in‑law, comforting her when everything felt overwhelming. That meant more than they know. If I could give them more than a high‑five, I absolutely would. They turned a tough, stressful situation into something lighthearted and manageable. They brought trust, ease, and even laughter to my mother‑in‑law and my wife during a really hard moment something I never expected from SERVPRO but deeply appreciated. The team went above and beyond every expectation. They were friendly, professional, and respectful throughout the entire process. Not only did they complete the pack-out in exceptional time, but their attention to detail, mindfulness, and care for our floors, walls, and surrounding property were truly impressive. This was our first time experiencing something as difficult as a water-leak pack-out, yet we felt completely supported. We could not have asked for better hands to guide us through it. OPO and Teresa were especially reassuring they comforted my mom when she was overwhelmed and helped ease the stress she has been carrying throughout this entire situation. If it were possible, I would rate their work far beyond a five. They genuinely deserve recognition and appreciation for the remarkable service they provided. They made my mom smile and laugh, giving her a sense of trust and peace at a time when she needed it most. As a daughter, that meant everything.
