La Mesa is a city in East San Diego County which was established in 1869. La Mesa has a deep-rooted, rich history and is currently home to more than 60,000 inhabitants.
Every Friday La Mesa hosts a Farmer's Market in La Mesa Village which is a cannot-miss event due to the wonderful food and wide variety of vendors and businesses, with the eclectic culture on full display. If the weekly Farmer's Market isn't enough, La Mesa is home to the "Back to the 50's" car show every summer where car enthusiasts come from all over to share in their love of everything auto related including some of the most beautiful cars in on the West Coast.
Due to its inland location, La Mesa has a bit more extreme weather compared to San Diego, with higher temperatures during Summer and lower temperatures in the colder months which brings more precipitation between November and March, making it prone to unpredictable water damage and increased risk of fire damage. The Sorrento Valley branch of SERVPRO has been our HOA Management company's "go to" for years for remediation and temporary relocation of residents and their personal items. They are responsive, communicative, and perform quality work and excellent service to our HOA communities, residents, and HOA Managers. Last winter during the rainy storms our home was flooded. Unfortunately our insurance didn't cover anything. We were referred to SERVPRO by a friend and they came in and handled everything so well. We were concerned about how long everything would take but they made sure to update us throughout the demo and repairs. The staff was extremely understanding and we felt like they really cared about us.
Recently a good friend of mine had a water line blow out in the master bath. After the insurance company was informed they sent out SERVPRO. BRAYDEN from SERVPRO from the Sorrento Valley office was at the door within 45min. He immediately started air scrubbers,and dehumidifiers to start the dry out operation. He worked until 11pm that night and was back the next morning, a Saturday, with a crew to start the job of exposing areas of concern. Brayden and his crew worked tirelessly on the job until it was completed. With his professional approach my friends house and personal belongings were treated like they were his own. This kind of treatment is often lost in today's world. Brayden went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that my friend was at ease and worry free during this whole ordeal.
In conclusion I would and will definitely recommend the Sorrento Valley SERVPRO office to everyone. Especially Brayden himself. Outstanding work Brayden I can't tell you how much you are appreciated buy everyone here.
