It was a very stressful time for my husband and I as we had just bought our home, but Mike and Sue (the owners) assured me that their team will take care of everything, and they did just that! SERVPRO was at my house an hour after I called to scope out the damages. Not only did they do the demo, but they are also contractors so they were able to do the repair and the reconstruction. They offer a variety of other services and I highly recommend them for any emergencies you may have in your home. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.
SERVPRO operated in a very professional manner, they were able to extract 300,000 square feet of water within only a few hours. Great job! Would absolutely use them again.

We had water damage to our rental property and Sue was kind enough to offer to come to the property the same day I called to start drying off the place when another company wasn't able to come for 2 more days! By then, the damage would have been worse.
Long story short, my agent was able to send me someone else so I wasn't able to use SERVPRO Claremont/Montclair BUT I just want the Yelp Universe to know how kind and professional this particular franchise is.
