The team showed up on time and did a great job. They went above and beyond.
We had a surprise hot water leak and needed an evaluation for dry wall damage. SERVPRO came out within 45 mins and gave me an honest opinion of the extent of our damage which ended up being fairly minor compared to the outrageous estimate another company was going to charge us. Tyler and Dexter also did a much more thorough job than the other company evaluating the damage. Sprinkler pipe broke in the attic, caught it in time but still had about 15-20 gallons of water in attic/ceiling/wall space.
Incident happened at 7:30 pm on a Thursday night. Initial SERVPRO crew of 2 men were at the house within 1.5 hours after placing the service call, so very pleased with the response. Initial crew assessed situation and very quickly went into attic space, removed, and bagged all wet insulation. Crew then measured for moisture in walls, even in the not-so-obvious places, and strategically set up fans and a dehumidifier to begin the drying process.
Crew returned the following day at the time of scheduled appointment to re-assess progress, move fans, and make adjustments.
On the third day, Nathan (crew chief) checked further progress, made additional recommendations, explained the whys and hows to his method of making sure all wall space you can't see will be dried using his suggestions, and quickly made the adjustments (he was so thorough, I believe he could have been a detective in a past life, a great trait to have in this business). Nathan was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining the process.
All through the entire process, Joshua (owner) was very accessible and did a wonderful job of scheduling his crew, and working around our schedule. While I hope to never have to use this team again, it's great to know who I can call on when I have an emergency such as this again. Thank you guys!
Everyone involved at SERVPRO have been professional, courteous, and kind. I am thoroughly elated with the rebuild of my condo. The work they did is bar none! I would absolutely highly recommend Josh and his employees to anyone in need of the services they provide! My home is even better than it was! Thank you SERVPRO!!

They did an amazing job! We were worried that we had mold that was causing our children to be sick. They came right out and inspected, referred someone that tested our air quality, and then advised us on what to do next. We had a wonderful experience and would use SERVPRO again!
