We recently had a team from this franchise come up to our home in Midland MI area to help out with the cleanup of our basement after a large storm left us and many with water damage. The whole SERVPRO crew was professional and courteous and communicated information in a timely manner - Ginny and Jon for timely arrival and fair assessment, Taylor, Michelle, Colton, Tony - for speedy and efficient removal and spray down and Taylor especially for kind attention towards our neighbors, Robert for checking on drying process with consistent communication throughout.

I would and will highly recommend SERVPRO to our friends and neighbors although I do hope not to have to use your services again myself :-) I would definitely call upon them again

Response time in a crisis is crucial and SERVPRO had a team dispatched to our site within 30 minutes.

They were professional and organized and did everything they could to mitigate any further damage including protection of areas surrounding our loss - surrounding hallways and the stairwell. They also made sure to protect and box up other belongings in the area to keep them out of the way of the mess and accounted for.

They took time to explain the process and make sure we were comfortable each step of the way.

They have followed up multiple times to make sure the job is complete and we’re happy with their services.

Jordan Kelley took a look and said his crew could clean up a rather stained carpet (only a few years old) we were considering replacing. Ace and his helper showed up on time and just in a short time had the carpet looking great! Ace is top notch, fast, efficient and knows his business.
