I am a realtor and I was showing a property to a client last week. We walked in and the entire house was flooded from a busted pipe upstairs. We had a major flood three weeks ago. After frantically speaking to Casey, she had a crew of workers here in a matter of minutes, less than 45 if I remember correctly. Every single member got to work removing floors, base boards, wall board, setting up fans and dehumidifiers. Shawn, the leader of the bunch was on top of our disaster every step of the way. They were here each and every day checking equipment and moisture levels until we were completely dry again. I cannot express the magnitude of their professionalism; I would highly recommend SERVPRO for any type of water damage needs!

SERVPRO of Dothan were recommended by my insurance company. They came out to clean and clear a building in the backyard that a tree had fallen through the roof. Their people came out on some of the coldest days in January and cleaned, washed, and packed Christmas ornaments and other decorations for 4 days. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very caring about items they were cleaning and packing. I would definitely use this company again.

As an insurance agent/CSR I have used SERVPRO multiple times for my clients.  We have never had any issues with this company.  When there is a set back in the process for whatever reason we are notified immediately.  They always keep us and our insured in the loop.  This company knows what customer service is all about and I will always refer my customers to them for that reason.

Called about 30+ different contractors and exterminators in Enterprise and Dothan to see if someone could come out for a mold inspection in my rental. SERVPRO was the only company that actually picked up my call/returned my voicemail. Less than 24 hours after the initial call, Collin called me to set up a same day appointment. He was super responsive, detailed, and friendly! Even took time out of his lunch to drive to the rental. Would highly recommend and will use them exclusively as needed in the future.
