SERVPRO of Dothan were recommended by my insurance company. They came out to clean and clear a building in the backyard that a tree had fallen through the roof. Their people came out on some of the coldest days in January and cleaned, washed, and packed Christmas ornaments and other decorations for 4 days. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very caring about items they were cleaning and packing. I would definitely use this company again.

When Hurricane Michael hit last year we had quite a bit of damage to our home. The the kitchen was flooded from a tree falling on the house and busting a pipe on the second floor. SERVPRO came out quicker than I expected with all of the storm damage. They cleaned up all of the water and salvaged what they could in our home. The employees were professional but very sympathetic and considerate of what was going on. They constantly asked me and my husband if we were ok and if we needed anything. That meant the world to us.
