Barry Montgomery
Barry Montgomery runs the day to day operation at SERVPRO of Dothan. He founded SERVPRO of Dothan in 2005 and after selling the business in 2012, he has returned. Barry has worked in the SERVPRO system for over 25 years and holds many IICRC certifications in addition to being a licensed HVAC contractor. Over the years, Barry has produced and managed thousands of losses ranging in all sizes and has been instrumental in starting and growing several SERVPRO franchises. Barry enjoys managing and training people and seeing the results of an organized and trained staff and he understands that people are what makes this company great. Barry has two children that he loves spending time with and he loves being outdoors. He also does taxidermy in his spare time and loves to hunt and fish.
Susan Acreman
Susan Acreman is a Fire Crew Chief here at SERVPRO of Dothan. She has been with the company since 2008. Susan really enjoys her job at SERVPRO. She likes knowing that she is helping people. She really appreciates the owners and managers at SERVPRO of Dothan for all the kind things they do and say. It really encourages her to be a better person. Susan is certified in Water Damage Restoration, Fire and Smoke Restoration, Carpet Cleaning, and Crew Training.
Shaun Stevens
Shaun Stevens has been actively working in the disaster restoration business since 2002. He is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire & Smoke Restoration, and Odor Control. He is also an IICRC certified specialist in Applied Microbial Remediation. He has experience in large commercial disasters such as large office and condominium buildings. Shaun loves to spend time with his family along with outdoor adventures and working on classic cars.

I am a realtor and I was showing a property to a client last week. We walked in and the entire house was flooded from a busted pipe upstairs. I don't know who was in more shock, me or my client. I have used SERVPRO in the past for other properties so I called them immediately. Form the initial call to the manager, Shaun coming out with his crew, everything went smoothly. Very fast response time. I will continue to use them in the future. Thanks, SERVPRO.
We had a major flood three weeks ago. After frantically speaking to Casey, she had a crew of workers here in a matter of minutes, less than 45 if I remember correctly. Every single member got to work removing floors, base boards, wall board, setting up fans and dehumidifiers. Shawn, the leader of the bunch was on top of our disaster every step of the way. They were here each and every day checking equipment and moisture levels until we were completely dry again. I cannot express the magnitude of their professionalism; I would highly recommend SERVPRO for any type of water damage needs!
SERVPRO of Dothan were recommended by my insurance company. They came out to clean and clear a building in the backyard that a tree had fallen through the roof. Their people came out on some of the coldest days in January and cleaned, washed, and packed Christmas ornaments and other decorations for 4 days. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very caring about items they were cleaning and packing. I would definitely use this company again.
As an insurance agent/CSR I have used SERVPRO multiple times for my clients. We have never had any issues with this company. When there is a set back in the process for whatever reason we are notified immediately. They always keep us and our insured in the loop. This company knows what customer service is all about and I will always refer my customers to them for that reason.
