Senior Vice President & Chief Legal Officer
Matt Preston was appointed Vice President and Chief Legal Counsel of Servpro Industries, LLC, in 2019. He serves as Chief Legal Officer, Vice President, and Corporate Secretary for the company and its affiliates.
Before entering the corporate legal world, Matt was a partner with the international law firm McDermott, Will & Emery. A seasoned Senior Legal Executive, Matt previously worked with YUM! Brands, Inc. ‒ the parent company of KFC, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut worldwide. He was Vice President and Associate General Counsel of YUM! Brands, and later became the General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer of KFC Corporation. He joined SERVPRO in November 2012.
Matt Preston earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Michigan Law School.
