Maribeth Bearfield

Maribeth Bearfield joined Servpro Industries, LLC in 2022 as the Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer.  She is a thought leader with more than three decades of HR leadership experience in various industries.

Prior to joining Servpro, Maribeth was the CHRO at Bright Horizons Family Solutions, Kaseya Corporation, and Hanover Insurance where she was responsible for all HR functions.  She was the Chief Talent Officer at State Street, responsible for the global talent management function including talent acquisition and talent development.  Before State Street, Maribeth held various human resources positions at Cisco Systems, Oracle, and GTE/Verizon.

Maribeth is passionate about the work she does, loves being the “people person” and is dedicated to creating great places to work for all.

Maribeth earned her bachelor's degree at Stetson University and her Masters at the University of NC at Greensboro.
