Kyle kept me updated each day on the progress, and what I should expect in the coming days. Would highly recommend!
Having major damage is never a great way to spend your day, but I will recommend SERVPRO of Montgomery County time and time again to anyone who needs mitigation and repair. Bobby and RJ made us feel like our emergency was their emergency too, but also calmed my nerves about how this could impact the health of our medically fragile family. They have treated us with patience and just enough humor to keep us from going crazy— a combo that I never knew we always needed during something like this. They have done an exceptional job at ensuring our family is comfortable and protected during the water mitigation. My husband and I are completely confident in their work so far (even my very particular, very knowledgeable father-in-law is a fan!). I look forward to having the contractors come in soon to get everything back to normal!
