What Is the Mold Remediation Process?
Air Filtration
Our specialized filtration equipment allows our professionals to capture microscopic mold spores out of the air. We utilize powerful “air scrubbers” and HEPA vacuums to prevent the spread of these mold spores while the mold remediation is in process.
Removing Mold and Mold-Infested Materials
We use antifungal and antimicrobial treatments to treat mold colonies. When necessary to remediate heavy mold growth, our mold removal process includes the removal and disposal of mold-infested porous materials such as carpeting, drywall, and insulation.
Cleaning

We had a mold damage in our basement. We called in SERVPRO of Casper to come and clean it up. They where very professional, and explained the process to us. I would recommend that if you have a mold problem to give them a call.
It is the usual custom to write letters of complaint whereas letters of praise are seldom given. In this letter I will try to do the latter.
Through a series of water leaks in my home caused by a faulty air conditioner, the attic developed mold. Mold sends most homeowners into a panic because of the published horror stories of so many victims in the past.
Your local company, based here in Casper, didn't allow that to happen to me. They reassured me that the damage was limited to a fairly small area and with in two days it would be gone. (Their idea of a small area and mine obviously are no the same). They keep their word. Not that they didn't work hard. They did!
I am pleaded with the results and commend the professional hard working crew. I would publish it on your website if I could but I really don't know how to do it. Feel free to post my letter or part of it if you wish.

SERVPRO of Casper was established in 1985 by Gerald and Gale Sleep. It began as a home-based business, providing fire and water restoration service, as well as carpet and upholstery cleaning, and janitorial services. Starting the first SERVPRO franchise in our state was Gerald’s opportunity to return to Wyoming, the state that he was raised in. He and Gale raised their sons in Casper, attending school functions and parent-teacher meetings between emergency calls for fire and water damage jobs. Today, Jeff and John handle the day-to-day operations of the company, serving the community that they grew up in. They also raised their children in Casper, as well.
