SERVPRO of Southwest Waukesha County's Production Team. We have an experienced team here at SERVPRO. Our technicians have certifications in Water Restoration, Fire/Smoke, Asbestos Abatement, Mold Remediation, Carpet Cleaning and Air Duct Cleaning.
Gary Dankert
Warehouse Manager
Gary is the man behind the machine. As our Warehouse Manager, he keeps our equipment clean and organized, making sure everything is ready to go to for each job. He works hard to keep our shop running smooth. Gary also takes care of our SERVPRO Fleet, making sure vehicles are ready to go at any moment.
Travis Vrba, WRT, FSRT
Production Department
Crew Chief
Travis is a Crew Chief for SERVPRO of Southwest Waukesha County. As a part of the Production crew, Travis leads his crew while keeping in contact with homeowners insurance adjusters. He makes sure the job is fully completed. Travis traveled to Georgia following Hurricane Irma to help with the cleanup efforts.
Travis is the crew chief for SERVPRO duct cleaning crew. Travis has been through several trainings on how to properly clean HVAC systems. Travis has experience in cleaning commercial and residential ducting.
Personal Interest
Travis is really into music. He plays drums in a band on the weeknights or weekends. Travis loves to spend time with his twin boys. When he is not busy he enjoys relaxing.
Fernando Martinez, WRT
Production Department
Crew chief
Fernando is the Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Southwest Waukesha County. Fernando has the customer's needs in mind at all times. Fernando focuses on the information of the job to make sure everything gets done to SERVPRO standards.
Personal Interests
Fernando loves to spend time with his kids. Besides being with his kids, he likes to play guitar. Fernando is also a video gamer.
Heather Lancaster
Production Department
Production Technician
Heather was hired as the Receptionist at SERVPRO of Southwest Waukesha County in March 2021. Heather then transferred to the production department because of her knowledge of cleaning services. Heather is very experienced in customer service and always very friendly.
Personal Interest
Heather enjoys outdoor living by going camping and spending time on the lake. Heather loves to spend time with her kids.
Aaron Staszak, WRT
Office Department
Job File Coordinator
Aaron is the Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of Southwest Waukesha County. Aaron has a lot of restoration experience. He started at SERVPRO being a Fire and Water Restoration Technician, then was a Crew Chief and currently is the Job File Auditor. Aaron has certifications from the IICRC: Water Removal Technician and Fire and Smoke Technician.
Personal Interests
Aaron's favorite pastimes are attending festivals, car shows and concerts. Aaron enjoys fixing and upgrading technology like phones, computers, car stereos and other small electronics. Aaron is a long term console games and is now getting into PC gaming, including emulators.

SERVPRO is an excellent organization. Early one morning I woke up to the sound of water gushing from my bathroom. I immediately called my insurance company and then called SERVPRO. Todd Szada assembled a crew and arrived at my house within an hour. In fact, they arrived before the insurance adjuster. Todd assessed the damage and came up with a game plan to effect the restoration. He laid it out with me, step by step. He coordinated all the subcontractors from the electrician, the drywaller and the painter. I didn't have to worry about anything. The process was completed on scheduled and to my satisfaction. SERVPRO's service greatly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommended SERVPRO and Todd.
Communication is their best attribute. I worked with SERVPRO through an insurance claim and felt the guidance they gave was great. With all the unknowns when a home gets wet, SERVPRO was there to help but also guide us. I would highly recommend this location.
