Katie Wilkinson brings a lifetime of restoration experience to her role as Operations Manager at SERVPRO, having grown up immersed in the industry through her family business. Her hands-on knowledge, combined with five years of dedicated service with SERVPRO, has made her a vital part of our team.

Katie holds several IICRC certifications, including Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), and Odor Control Technician (OCT). Her expertise ensures that each project is handled with professionalism and care.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending quality time with her fiancé, their dog Izzy, and their cat Nala. She loves visiting Timber Hill Winery with her girlfriends and cherishes family time. Whether she's supporting local events or relaxing with loved ones, Katie’s commitment to community and family shines through in everything she does.

Production Manager

Ivan Baena is the Production Manager at SERVPRO of Southwest Waukesha County, bringing over two years of experience in restoration services. He holds a Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification, ensuring expert oversight of fire and water damage restoration projects.

Passionate about providing top-tier service, Ivan focuses on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Outside of work, he enjoys reading and taking trips with his family. As a dedicated father of three—twin girls and a boy—family time is a priority.

With his expertise and leadership, Ivan plays a vital role in keeping SERVPRO operations running smoothly and effectively.

Sales & Marketing Manager

With over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, Seth Dougherty has spent the past three years at SERVPRO, helping businesses and homeowners navigate the restoration process. His expertise in building strong client relationships and promoting SERVPRO’s services ensures that customers receive the highest level of care and support.

Seth is an active member of several professional organizations, including IFMA, the Waukesha Area Chamber of Commerce, WASBO, WALA, WHLA, and WSFCA. He is also deeply involved in community service, having organized events for non-profits such as Seed of Hope and Gingerbread House, as well as coordinating food drives for local food pantries.

In his free time, Seth enjoys spending time with his wife and 8-year-old daughter, whether antiquing or attending concerts. He is also an avid drummer, a Harley-Davidson rider, and a vinyl record collector. His passion for both his work and his personal interests makes him a dedicated leader and an invaluable asset to the SERVPRO team.

Construction Project Manager

As the Construction Project Manager at SERVPRO of Southwest Waukesha County, Drew Biskobing plays a vital role in helping residential and commercial property owners restore their spaces after fire, water, or mold damage, making it "Like it never even happened." With extensive hands-on experience in water and fire loss mitigation, he holds IICRC certifications in Water Restoration and Applied Structural Drying. Drew is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, clear communication, and seamless insurance claims assistance. His commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality work ensures that every project is completed on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption.

Job File Coordinator

Aaron serves as the Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of Southwest Waukesha County, bringing extensive restoration experience to the role. Starting as a Fire and Water Restoration Technician, he advanced to Crew Chief and now oversees projects as the Job File Auditor. Aaron holds certifications from the IICRC, including Water Removal Technician and Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician.

In his free time, Aaron enjoys attending festivals, car shows, and concerts. A tech enthusiast, he loves fixing and upgrading electronics such as phones, computers, and car stereos. A long-time console gamer, Aaron has recently ventured into PC gaming, including exploring emulators.

Administrative Assistant

Summer Braatz has been an integral part of the SERVPRO team for the past 2.5 years. As Administrative Assistant, her primary focus is ensuring our customers are well taken care of and that their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Summer plays a key role in scheduling jobs, assisting the crew with their daily tasks, and keeping the office running smoothly. Her organizational skills and dedication to excellent service make her a cornerstone of our operations, helping to create a seamless experience for both customers and staff.

When she's not keeping things on track at SERVPRO, Summer enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Jorge Misael Bueso Banegas is a dedicated Production Technician at SERVPRO of Southwest Waukesha County. With experience in restoration, he plays an essential role in assisting with fire and water damage restoration projects.
