The clean up was completed in a timely manner, thorough, and of high quality as promised. "Our basement flooded for the second time in six years because of sump pump failure. We called SERVPRO for the remediation for the second flooding because we didn't like the company we used the first time. SERVPRO was excellent! They came out the same day and moved furniture to remove all the carpeting, padding and wood trim. They were here several hours and stayed past 5:00 to get the job done and all the blowers going to dry us out on a Friday night. Hopefully, our basement never floods again, but if it does, we will be calling SERVPRO again."
