The clean up was completed in a timely manner, thorough, and of high quality as promised. They informed us of expectations and the timeline of clean up, leaving the guesswork on our end out of the picture. We were very well taken care of and had zero worries throughout the process. "Our basement flooded for the second time in six years because of sump pump failure. We called SERVPRO for the remediation for the second flooding because we didn't like the company we used the first time. SERVPRO was excellent! They came out the same day and moved furniture to remove all the carpeting, padding and wood trim. They were here several hours and stayed past 5:00 to get the job done and all the blowers going to dry us out on a Friday night. Hopefully, our basement never floods again, but if it does, we will be calling SERVPRO again."

Shawn and his team were onsite the same day we discovered our flood and worked diligently to extract the water out of the building. My business was the lucky recipient of ~3 inches of water in our finished office basement on July 10. Eric, Todd and team where awesome! I know they were dealing with a number of businesses and homes from July 10th on, but I never felt they were rushing us and took extra care to make sure the basement with machines and documents were all 'safe & sound'.
