The Owners
I would like to introduce your local SERVPRO family. I am Bill Weber and back in 1986 my wife Jane and I decided to purchase our first franchise SERVPRO of Beloit. In 1987 we purchased SERVPRO of Lake Geneva. In 2014 we combined SERVPRO of Beloit into SERVPRO of Rock County. In 2017 we purchased SERVPRO of Racine. A few things I enjoy are fishing, hunting, Badger sports, the Packers, and collector cars. My wife Jane enjoys boating, reading, traveling, and watching Badger Basketball. Our Five grandchildren complete us. Our son Tim Weber partnered up with us as an owner in 2017. He decided to become an owner since he has been with the company for 21 years. Tim is an avid snowmobiler and is on the board of directors for the Sundowners snowmobile club. He also enjoys time on the boat with his wife Alicia and three kids. He loves to watch sports. Tim’s wife Alicia is also an owner and has been with SERVPRO since 2014. She is currently the Office Manager. She enjoys hiking, shopping, traveling, volleyball and family time.
Jean
Jean plays a major part of our team here at SERVPRO of Lake Geneva as being our Accounts payable Representative as well as our Bookkeeper. She loves the team spirit that we have here as a work family and enjoys the parties we put together to celebrate our crew. Little known facts about Jean:
1) She has lived in Wisconsin her entire life
2) She is a part of a huge family
3) Loves to sew, read and golf
4) A master at accounting with more than 25 years of experience.

Joyce Arterburn
For almost 2 years, Joyce has been our Job File Coordinator for all of our franchise locations. She values the interaction with our customer base and being able to support our team in any way. A few facts about Joyce:
1) Enjoys being with family and friends
2) Refurbishing furniture and restoring old pieces.
3) Dog lover and parent to a Black Lab, Treeing Walker Coon Hound and a Basset Hound.

Jim Statdfield
Jim is a strong personality here at SERVPRO of Lake Geneva and a valuable asset to our team. Having been a part of our work family for over 5 years as a Construction Site Manager, his expertise is a benefit in any situation. He appreciates the ability to help others in his position. A few facts about Jim:
1) Has been in the carpentry field for over 25 years
2) Married with 2 children, 3 dogs, 5 fish, 2 cats and 1 bird
3) Moved to Wisconsin in 2004 but remains a hardcore Chicago sports fanatic.

I would like to share with you the experience we encountered during the time your company provided service to our water damage that occurred in our home. Anthony, the project manager, was personable, knowledgeable and professional. He explained the process thoroughly and provided an easy to understand assessment of what was needed to accomplish the job. His professionalism was truly appreciated from the manner he addressed my wife and I, to the way he appeared, spoke and carried himself while in our home. He displayed good leadership skill while teaching the other members of his team. He was punctual and provided mutually convenient times when scheduling was needed to return to our home. In regard to the service your company provided we are very satisfied with he results. It kept us from having to remove and replace our hardwood floors to needing only to be resurfaced. I am a veteran of 23 years and a police officer for 11. I believe it is extremely important to recognize valuable assets. It is obvious to me that Anthony is a valuable asset to your company. Timothy Weber is our co-owner and President. Working in the industry for over 20 years for his family’s business, he has joined the SERVPRO brand. His credentials earned from the IICRC are many and impressive, giving him the expertise needed to lead the SERVPRO team.
Alicia Weber is our co-owner and Vice President. She has managed the business finances since taking over with her husband, using her accounting knowledge and business background.
