When our hardwood floors were damaged extensively, Lake Geneva SERVPRO arrived to help us. The were able to save our hardwood and were very quick about it but also very detailed. They were very friendly and explained the process of drying the floor. Very impressed! 

Wanted to personally thank SERVPRO of Lake Geneva for the top notch work they have done for our rental property. Tim was prompt and professional when assessing the extensive water damage in 4 of our units. They took into great consideration the residents that were living in the building and took care to reduce any noise and to be very respectful by not leaving any mess from repairs being done. They made sure every resident was heard and their concerns were addressed. With the holidays around the corner we were worried things would not be finished in time, but with their professionalism and effort they made it possible with time to spare. I would like to share with you the experience we encountered during the time your company provided service to our water damage that occurred in our home. Anthony, the project manager, was personable, knowledgeable and professional. He explained the process thoroughly and provided an easy to understand assessment of what was needed to accomplish the job.
