What Is the Mold Remediation Process?
Air Filtration
Our specialized filtration equipment allows our professionals to capture microscopic mold spores out of the air. We utilize powerful “air scrubbers” and HEPA vacuums to prevent the spread of these mold spores while the mold remediation is in process.
Removing Mold and Mold-Infested Materials
We use antifungal and antimicrobial treatments to treat mold colonies. When necessary to remediate heavy mold growth, our mold removal process includes the removal and disposal of mold-infested porous materials such as carpeting, drywall, and insulation.
Cleaning
Our professionals clean the structural elements that were infected by mold such as flooring, framing, fixtures, HVAC and mechanical systems. We will also work to improve the indoor air quality (IAQ) of the space. Other items may also require extra attention after a mold infestation, including curtains, décor and important documents.

"Called these folks for a broken hot water heater line in my wood shop. They were outstanding! This line broke and filled the work room with hot steamy water and then blew the door open to the unheated pole barn area. The unheated area became a rain forest from the water condensing on roof and falling down.
SERVPRO showed up right away and started doing their thing ( Cleaning, drying and helping decide salvage item's and inventory for the insurance). All employee's were the best and super helpful! I would of put thumbs up for "Value" but insurance is paying and I have no idea of the cost. But I will say no matter what cost the cost was, they saved my butt... and my shop! SERVPRO was able to come in almost immediately to deep clean the floor so that I could get it refinished. They were prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable, and even helped me find a contractor to refinish the floor.
Alex was SO helpful and his work was beautiful. He put our mind at ease and now we can feel safe in the house again. We would Highly recommend SERVPRO!

Our History
Owners Tom & Beth Hanaman realized their dream of owning a SERVPRO franchise when they purchased SERVPRO of Eau Claire in 2010, after many years of working in restoration under another franchise owner. Their children grew up in the restoration industry and now they are proud to employ one of their daughters, Abbigayle, as Operations Manager. Abbigayle has worked her way up within the company from production technician to office admin, then marketing, and now managing daily operations in the office.
