Just southwest of Wausau is Rib Mountain, WI. Known for its down hill skiing area, Granite Peak, this Wisconsin town also has it’s own state park. Rib Mountain isn’t a true mountain, but it is the third highest point in Wisconsin. This town offers many miles of biking and hiking trails, scenic over looks, and an old quarry to be explored.
Rib Mountain is considered a suburb of Wausau, with a population of about 7,313. Close by is the Leigh Yawkey Woodson Art Museum, Mountain-Bay State Trail, State Park Speedway, as well as many restaurants, stores, distilleries, and breweries. The Rib Mountain area also hosts the Central Wisconsin Water Ski Show Team. If you’re looking for more of a “rush”, take a trip down the rapids with Wausau Whitewater boat tours and water sports.
Other towns that are close by are Schofield, Rothschild, Marathon City, Weston, and Evergreen.

I would give SERVPRO 10 stars if I could! We had a dishwasher install gone wrong and our finished basement had significant water damage. I called SERVPRO and they were here the next day to dry everything out. They were extremely responsive and came every single day to check on the drying process in the kitchen and basement. They were extremely flexible with scheduling the repairs. Looking at the finished project, you’d never know we had any sort of damage at all. All of the staff is very professional and friendly. If you have water damage, they are the ones to call!!

SERVPRO is an excellent organization with exceptional customer service. He was very informative with helpful tips on drying out the basement. Jamie went above and beyond giving us peace of mind in a crisis situation.
I have never had a company treat me as well as SERVPRO. I had frozen pipes last winter and the crew went above and beyond to make my spare bedroom and laundry room look so much better than it did before the damage. The crew didn't hesitate to move furniture to different rooms when asked. I am so pleased, I tell everyone about SERVPRO. They are DEFFINATELY a "class act"!!!

I have dealt with every company in Central Wisconsin many times as an adjuster and nobody provides the spot on services that SERVPRO of Stevens Point, Wausau, and Marshfield does. They are a one stop shop that gets jobs done. The work on my property was great! In our area they are the only serious choice when it comes to insurance claim work.

He wasn’t pushy and listened to what we needed done and didn’t pressure us into anything extra. He answered all of our questions and was there the day after we called.
