Colette is an asset to SERVPRO. Besides her hard work in the office, Colette helps her team in the field when needed.

Office Manager
Erica has been with SERVPRO for eighteen years. She has over ten years of experience out in the field and holds the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician and Fire and Smoke Restoration.
Erika
Fire Technician Contents and Warehouse Manager
Erika has over seven years of experience and is Fire Restoration Certified. Erika manages our Fire, Warehouse and Contents Division. Erika plans to continue the path of expanding her already vast knowledge and certifications with SERVPRO.

Crew Chief
Alex has seven years of experience and training with SERVPRO. He also has the following certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician and Applied Structural Drying. He was one of the scholarship recipients from the Builders Industry Association (BIA) for continued education.

Cody has been with SERVPRO since 2014 and has had diverse training due to his time working for SERVPRO of San Antonio, TX. Cody is extremely knowledgeable and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC): Water Removal Technician and Mold Mitigation Technician.

Ryan started with with us here at SERVPRO in 2014. He took a leave of absence when he moved to San Antonio, TX in 2016 but continued his restoration career until his return to SERVPRO of Vancouver/Clark County in 2019. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC): Water Removal Technician.

Tim has been with SERVPRO for five years, however Tim has 20+ years of industry business development customer service experience. Tim brings a wealth of knowledge, confidence and professional relationship building skills to our team. It's not uncommon to find Tim out on commercial jobs helping to triage, scope and expediate the business resilience plan.

Just a few quick words about SERVPRO of Vancouver:
Obviously nobody wants to have to a disaster in their home like we did, but thankfully, SERVPRO fixed everything in minimal time and the job they did was fantastic!
We called right after an upstairs flood. Andrew, a Technician, was on call and called us back immediately. Andrew came out right away, accompanied by Cody. Both were knowledgeable, professional, respectful (wore face masks during COVID pandemic) and thorough - putting us immediately at ease about all of our worries.
In the end, they were careful to only tear down the minimal amount of drywall necessary. Erica in the office handled the insurance and helped us through the process.
Hopefully it will be a long time before we have any further flooding or emergencies, but we would certainly use SERVPRO of Vancouver again if we had to. Highly recommend!!!
