After they surveyed the damage Melissa explained in detail what would have to be done and how they would do it. The response team was knowledgeable, well-trained and equipped to handle the damage. They called me the next day with a name and telephone number to contact to file I am 77 yrs old and this was my first experience with something with this and I was over whelmed. My first contact people were Lynn and Melissa- from the first contact to the end everything went as smooth as silk. They followed through with clean up and repair of damaged walls. Lynn worked with the city insurance company and kept me appraised of what was happening. The best company I have dealt with in years.

Had the worst sewage backup in my parents basement. Called SERVPRO and Warren and Leo and their team were unbelievable. They were very professional, knowledgeable and dependable. They always did what they informed us they would do and helped reduce the stress in this extremely awful situation. They were all very friendly and had the best teamwork I have ever seen. The SERVPRO team (led by Chris, Esmeralda, and Bethany) cannot be thanked enough for helping remove and clean up a family members hoard. And, it was bad. But, without criticism , judgment, or disrespect they went to work. They helped move my family member into assisted living (moving truck) and went back to the house to empty it completely. The clean out gave me the ability to focus on this person instead of the enormous task I felt so defeated by. Within 2 weeks this horrendous task was a memory. I cannot thank SERVPRO enough. What a blessing!
