We had an unfortunate water leak and couldn’t pinpoint it for a while, hence the morning of our Christmas party the ceiling showed a nice water balloon ready to pop exactly in the middle of all our festivities! I called these folks out to get an estimate on our clean up job. After the quote we agreed to have them do the work. And unbelievably, they came in under budget!! By almost $600!! That's unheard of these days! Their guys were fantastic! Super friendly and extremely quick! I highly recommend these folks!!!
We contacted Chris M about a house flood and he was on top of it right away. He was at our door within an hour and checking everything out and walked us step by step on how SERVPRO was going to take care of us. He made sure we was taken care of and we had a team out to our home as soon as possible to deal with our damaged property and help us with getting our things taken care of and claim going. SERVPRO is currently doing our Mold Remediation on an abandoned home that sat empty for a month in water damage from a leaking toilet. The mold is on every wall, floor and ceiling. Wow! SERVPRO is amazing at what they do.
We recently purchased a home and following a long purchasing process, it was discovered during the inspection that there was mold in the attic - our realtor called SERVPRO of Northwest Spokane and asked for them to come out and provide an estimate for remediation. SERVPRO was onsite the next day and instead of a long, drawn out process, they were able to remediate the mold issue in a matter of days thus, allowing us to move into our home without delay. We will be calling SERVPRO of Northwest Spokane for any future needs!
