My relationship with SERVPRO of Northwest Spokane has been nothing short of amazing. I say that because each and every one of the staff that has been here, working to restore my basement, has been great! on a scale of 1 to 10 they each deserve a 15+, and I mean that sincerely. From Jess, down to the last one I saw, they have been professional, kind, considerate, and have had good communication skills. Each day, dealing with them, has been brighter for me, even though the whole picture points more to being overwhelmed. They have treated me with respect and kindness. I feel truly blessed to have them enter my life at a time everything pointed more to the negative. They, instead, have brought a ray of sunshine.

I recently had a pretty bad flood and was so fortunate to have called SERVPRO out. They immediately took charge, while walking a me step by step through the process. I was so devastated at first, never having a flood, and by time they were finished, a week later, I felt everything was handled well and I was so comfortable and happy with every step of the process! Every person that came out to my house starting with John was professional, kind, understanding. Informative and so polite, hated to see them leave. Huge Thanks to Ashley, Jessica, Travis and Chris, you were the Silver Lining in my disaster and did a Fabulous job! We had an unfortunate water leak and couldn’t pinpoint it for a while, hence the morning of our Christmas party the ceiling showed a nice water balloon ready to pop exactly in the middle of all our festivities! We called SERVPRO and they were out the same day. They made sure we and our guests weren’t going to get wet and fixed it enough to enjoy the evening. From there on they managed to get everything done and looking super.

Chris Mertes and his construction crew saved the day. As soon as they got the project they were responsive and efficient. They got my house back on the market in less than a week! Thanks Chris!

I called these folks out to get an estimate on our clean up job. After the quote we agreed to have them do the work. And unbelievably, they came in under budget!! By almost $600!! That's unheard of these days! Their guys were fantastic! Super friendly and extremely quick! I highly recommend these folks!!!

We contacted Chris M about a house flood and he was on top of it right away. He was at our door within an hour and checking everything out and walked us step by step on how SERVPRO was going to take care of us. He made sure we was taken care of and we had a team out to our home as soon as possible to deal with our damaged property and help us with getting our things taken care of and claim going.
