The Island of Ketron is a very private and quiet island, a whole 221-acres with a population of 17. The island was supposed to be named William Kittson of the Hudson’s Bay Company, who supervised the construction of Fort Nisqually in 1833, according to the book Washington State Place Names. The name was bungled while transcribed to a map, giving the island its name, we know today. The Pierce County Ferry comes 4x a day, however many of the residents use their own boats to reach the mainland in Steilacoom. Naturally this occurred at midnight Lloyd and his wonderful team showed up and quickly took control of the situation, installing removable equipment to dry the floors and bathroom walls Our carpet was badly stained by the leak but after everything had dried the crew showed up and steamed cleaned the carpeting. The stains are gone I wouldn't hesitate to call SERVPRO, in particular Lloyd, again. He and his team are responsive, professional, courteous and competent. I highly recommend.
