Dover Cleanup and Restoration

Sharing positive experience working with the ServPro team out of Windham & Windsor Counties, VT. Wilman, the Restoration Manager/Estimator, was easy to work with and a good communicator. From request to Wilman, he had Troy and Alex come out to do an additional treatment which was thoroughly done is some tough areas of our home to get to. This is our 3rd experience with this team given recurring ice dams on our back roof and all 3 times working with this ServPro team have gone well.

Troy and the ServPro team came to the rescue of our home after pipes burst this winter. Thankfully, a ServPro human answered our call on a Friday, sent someone out Saturday morning to document damage, and deployed a plan Sunday morning to dry the house out over 2-weeks. Troy was the lead tech, he was friendly, hands on, and knowledgeable on how to dry the house out. This was my first time dealing with burst pipes, but he explained the plan, the process, and science of how to properly tackle this disaster. We actually felt prioritized during a busy time of year for burst pipes. For two weeks straight ServPro’s team was onsite daily to monitor progress of machines running 24/7 and adjust accordingly. They answered all of our many many questions, provided the people and machines to dry our home, and connected us to a preferred vendor for aespestos testing. So again, a big thanks to Troy and the team at ServPro. You actually live up to your motto, ”It’s Like It Never Happened…”

Servpro first came into my life last March, when there was a fire in my three-story rental building. What ensued was nothing less than a full demolition of the interior, including multiple dumpster loads of sodden and noxious building materials. The Servpro crew did the most incredible job of clearing the building out, setting the stage for the reconstruction. And, after that was completed, Servpro came back to recondition the lawn area that had been damaged by the dumpster, all without adding anything to my bill. I hope I don't have any upcoming disasters like this fire, but, if I do, I know I'll call Servpro right away. Excellent company.

Hello and thank you for this opportunity to write . I came home after Christmas to a major water leak and lost most of my downstairs . Servpro was there and did an amazing job with demolition, drying out and emotional support for me and my dog! I have never been through anything like this before and without their professionalism as well as their humane treatment of the situation…not sure it would have been the manageable time it was. I would definitely recommend this organization. Gary R was there for every phone call and keeping me knowledgeable about what to expect. Tyson who led the team that was in my home was so considerate to me and my home . Jeff, whom I can’t say enough about was the kindest gentleman and such a great asset to this company. Eric, helped us deal with a recent flood in one of our buildings. He was timely, knowledgeable and professional. Our overall experience with Servpro was excellent.

Start to finish our families experience with the team at Servpro couldn’t have been better. From our first conversation with GARY the project manager, all the way through to the team of individuals. They came over a two weeks span to remediate water damage and mold in our home. First, let me say that GARY is an incredibly present kind caring human being. Generous with his time and knowledge. He truly has a tremendous amount of patience, And goes above and beyond to try and help his customers understand all the nuances of navigating such anordeal when it comes to mediation, and also dealing with insurance companies. Everyone on GARY’s team that participated in the remediation process in our home were wonderful human beings. So often when you have anywhere from 6 to 9 people coming through your home to work it can be disruptive. Never once did we feel this way. Everyone was engaging, friendly, courteous, and respectful. We have another project that needs to be done in a few weeks and I’m glad that we will have this team to execute that project also. The damage to our family home was devastating but thankfully ServPro came to our rescue. First Gary appeared on our doorstep with experience, a little humor and compassion. Then he sent Tyson and Jeremy who did all the dirty work and provided useful information and further explained what it would be like dealing with our insurance company. Then for day three it was Tyson and Jaden who furthered along the drying process and began the removal of flooring and sheet rock too wet to dry. And for the last two days it was Tyson, Zack and Troy who finished the last of the demolition and left our house in the best possible condition ready to be rebuilt. All the ServPro employees were knowledgeable, generous, hard working and completely professional. Thank you ServPro
