We had a basement pipe flood with kitchen waste and it went EVERYWHERE.  Gray water was under flooring, in two different rooms, and just nasty.  I called them as soon as the plumber was done fixing the pipe, and they arrived two hours later, right when they said they would.  Within just a couple hours, they had cleaned everything, pulled up the tile that needed to be removed, and salvaged the walls (only needed to remove the trim at the bottom).  When they were finished, the rooms looked better than before the flood.  

The guy in charge was super nice to deal with..  They also did a great job going through the basement window with as much as they could, and not dragging equipment through my house.

I was very pleased with their services, and we would definitely use them in the future.

Specifically, Big Mike identified the source of the problem prior to the plumber arriving. He consistently showed me what needed to be done to restore my basement to original order. His crew members were very polite, answered questions clearly and promptly and swiftly worked without any breaks until the wet carpet was pulled and disposed. These guys gave us a great experience with a terrible disaster. Our basement flooded and our insurance company recommended them. SERVPRO helped us clean up and rebuild our kitchen after our dishwasher ruined our hardwood floors and one of our cherry kitchen cabinets. The process went very smoothly and quickly. These guys even found a match for our 10 year old cabinet that got ruined!

This is the second time we have had to use SERVPRO in the last 2 years due to flooding in our basement. I must say that everything about the company was performed above my expectations.  They were able to get someone out the same day that I called them, the workers worked quickly to get the water out, several (11!) industrial fans and dehumidifiers were left until everything was dry, and everything was explained perfectly.  They worked directly with the insurance to get reimbursed what was owed them and contacted me only when additional answers were needed. As much as I hated having my basement flood again, SERVPRO made it so much easier.  I definitely recommend them!!!

Excellent service. Clean up after they finish the job. Recommended contractor to replace my water heater. Save me $800.00. I refer them to a friend. She was very happy with their service.
