Matt Misjuns, the project manager for that team, called me and made sure I knew that I could contact him anytime with my questions and concerns, which was comforting and reassuring.
Then your restoration team took over and, wow, all I can say is, you guys are nothing short of miracle workers! The work you did is beautiful. As project manager, you stayed in touch with me every step of the way and made sure everything was done RIGHT! You will never know how grateful I am to you, Chris Wyndham and SERVPRO of Lynchburg.
I know you do this every day and for a lot of people so it may not seem like a big deal. But for me, you have been an extra special blessing that I will never forget. Please express my gratitude to everyone in your company who helped put my life back together!
