I could not be more pleased with the service we received from SERVPRO of Hanover Goochland & Caroline. I came home from work to find 2" of water flooding the 1st floor of our home from a burst pipe due to a frozen pipe. What a huge disruption in our lives. This branch of SERVPRO was so helpful and empathetic with our situation. They came promptly, got rid of the water, cleaned up the mess, packed up and stored our belongings that were not destroyed by the water, recommended a good contractor to repair the damaged walls & flooring, and helped with the insurance claim. One of our pipes burst in our laundry room during the cold weather and Paige & her crew were the first ones we called! They fit us in their schedule, came over quickly and helped us solve the problem of drying underneath our floor and the insulation inside the walls to prevent any mold issues.
