A. Paige McDowell is one of the owners of SERVPRO of Hanover, Goochland & Caroline and serves as the Secretary/Treasurer. Paige started with SERVPRO of Hanover, Goochland & Caroline part-time when she was in high school, and after college she started full-time. Through her years here, Paige has experienced all facets of the business. She has been the marketing representative, project manager, she has worked in the field, and now she does the daily roles of the General Manager. With the number of years of experience Paige has, she also holds numerous certifications; Carpet Cleaning, Applied Microbial Remediation, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Odor Control, Water Damage Restoration, Health & Safety, Applied Structural Drying, Journeyman Water Restorer, Master Water Restorer, and Carpet Repair & Reinstallation. She is the go to girl when you have a question. With all those certifications, she can trouble shoot anything.

Chris is one of our Crew Chiefs with SERVPRO of Hanover, Goochland & Caroline. He has over 10 years of experience and has the following certifications from IICRC in Water Damage Restoration Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation, Applied Structural Drying Technician and Carpet Cleaning Technician.

Janet is a Crew Chief with SERVPRO of Hanover, Goochland & Caroline. She has ten plus years of experience and has the following certifications from IICRC in Water Damage Restoration Technician, Fire Restoration Technician and Odor Control Technician.

Darrell Fields is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Hanover, Goochland & Caroline. He has over 30 years of experience with water damages and mold remediation. He holds certifications in Water Damage Restoration from IICRC.

Raymond Lightfoot is a technician at SERVPRO of Hanover, Goochland & Caroline. He has over 20 years experience in water damage, carpet cleaning and post construction cleaning.

Raymond is a hardworking guy that enjoys coming to work and staying busy.

Debbie is a Technician with SERVPRO of Hanover, Goochland & Caroline. She assists our Crew Chiefs with fire/soot cleanings, pack outs for water damages or repairs, and fire structure and content cleanings.

Lovelace is a Technician with SERVPRO of Hanover, Goochland & Caroline. He has several years of experience and manages our in house content cleaning. He works 2-3 days a week taking care of our homeowners content that needs cleaning.

Help me with introducing Sydney McDowell. She works part time helping with many types of cleaning jobs. She also helps us with our preventative foggings we perform associated with COVID-19.

When Sydney isn't working she can be found cheering on the high school sports team and competing in All-Star Cheer Competitions.

We are happy to have Sydney help us part time.

Braniel Santos is a technician that works part-time after school and on the weekends. Braniel is very helpful on our job sites providing and extra hand and a good laugh.

Braniel enjoys all jobs that he is asked to perform, but his favorite is water mitigation demolition.

When Braniel is not working or at school you can find him playing basketball with his friends.

HE'S BACK!!!! Please help us give Kyle a HUGE welcome back!!! Kyle is IICRC Certified in water damage clean-up and looking to get more certifications. Kyle has been in the Fire and Water Damage Industry going on 8 years. Kyle enjoys perform demolition and mold remediation.

In Kyle's free time he enjoys participating and willing Corn Hole Tournaments.

Dalton Hardy is technician at SERVPRO of Hanover, Goochland and Caroline, INC. Dalton recently joined our team and is eager to learn the Fire and Water damage industry. Dalton comes to work with a smile on his face and a great attitude.

In his free time, Dalton is a well known professional corn hole player.

Ashton Puryear is a technician at SERVPRO of Hanover, Goochland and Caroline, INC. Ashton is new to the industry, but has many skills he uses everyday.

Ashton is learning the many facets of the fire and water damage industry. He comes to work ready to work and help his crew chief get the job done!

Ashton is a strong addition to our already AMAZING and TALENTED team. Ashton enjoys VT football games and spending time with his family when he is not at work.

Xavier Madridgal has been a part of the SERVPRO of Hanover, Goochland and Caroline, INC. team since he was 16 years old. Xavier is a part time employee that helps when he is not attending his college classes.

Xavier enjoys working with both the Fire and Water damage divisions of the company. His attention to detail is a strong asset. His calm and quiet demeanor are helpful in stressful situations as well.

As a side note, Xavier has "worked" at SERVPRO of Hanover, Goochland and Caroline, INC. since he was 5 years old. His mom Margie "put" him to work when she started working here in 2007.

Grant Belcher has been a part-time employee of SERVPRO of Hanover, Goochland and Caroline INC the past year. Grant just became a full time employee upon graduation and we are happy to have him.

Grant is learning all aspects of the Fire and Water Damage Industry. He enjoys performing water damage demolition and working with the contents division of the company.

In his free time, Grant likes to workout and play basketball.
